Check and Repair DBF END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This Check and Repair DBF(C DBF) End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and DBFsolutions.com, Inc. setting forth how you can use Check and Repair DBF, including the computer programs, documentation and any other associated media ("THE SOFTWARE"). You acknowledge that you agree to its terms by downloading, installing, and/or using THE SOFTWARE.

THE SOFTWARE is distributed and is licensed as a Shareware.

You are encouraged to distribute the original Shareware version of C DBF installation file freely, in any form and on any media, provided you do not charge any fee for THE SOFTWARE itself.

You may use THE SOFTWARE distributed and licensed a maximum of 30 days before paying the author. After the evaluation period, you are required to register by buying a registration key or stop using THE SOFTWARE.

Once registered, You are granted a non-exclusive license to use THE SOFTWARE on one computer only. The registered version of THE SOFTWARE may not be rented, leased or distributed in any way.

You agree not to decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to reconstruct, identify, or discover any source code, underlying ideas or algorithms of THE SOFTWARE by any means whatsoever, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

Disclaimer of Warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FUNCTIONALITY, OR LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH THE USER. SHOULD THE PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU, AND NOT DBFsolutions.com ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY NECESSARY REPAIRS OR CORRECTIONS. DBFsolutions.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED WITHIN ANY OF ITS PROGRAMS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF ANY OF ITS PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL DBFsolutions.com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE CHECK AND REPAIR DBF FILES , EVEN IF DBFsolutions.com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, DBFsolutions.com ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THIS EULA SHALL BE LIMITED TO U.S.$0.01. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
